We're looking for an Events & Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience. Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

The ideal candidate for the Events & Facilities Team will be a dynamic individual, well accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. You will be well acquainted with coordinating projects, facilities and events management. You are passionate about delivering best of kind experiences for a variety of stakeholders, internal and external.

Some of your role:
- Ensure the office facilities are maintained and that supplies are fully stocked
- Assist with merchandise roll outs including ordering, packaging and shipping
- Help organise team events including travel, accommodation, team dinners and activities
- Work alongside colleagues to coordinate studio wide conferences annually by providing logistical support
- Attend conferences, sometimes held internationally
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers regularly to service the office
- Welcome visitors into the office and assisting them with any queries
- Organise and distribute post and deliveries to the office
- Arrange and schedule meetings
Essential Traits:
- Ability to work flexibly across timezones in a fast paced environment and offer a degree of flexibility to work on weekends
- As a highly discreet individual, you will understand the importance of handling sensitive data and ensure confidentiality and data quality is 100% maintained
- Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
Bonus Traits:
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role
- Previous experience in a games industry (or related) environment
- Previous experience of working with a remote, global team
